How to start your journey

Contact us by completing the travel request form below. We’ll review your details and follow up with more questions and/or if your prefer schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to learn more about your travel wants & needs.

STEP 02/ REVIEW

Sit back and relax while we take all of the details you shared and build a personalized list of trip ideas for you. Our initial proposal arrives in your inbox in as little as 24-48 hours, depending on the scope of your plans.

STEP 03/ BOOK THE TRIP

Once a final itinerary has been decided upon, we will place the trip on a courtesy hold (if possible) and send you an invoice with the full payment schedule, cancellation policy, and travel insurance options.

STEP 04/ DOCUMENTS

Once paid, you are sent a receipt followed by a complete set of travel documents. Our clients travel with clear travel instructions, local contacts for support and we remain at your service before, during, and after you travel.
